Introduction of Jumbo Koinobori
There is a history of four generations in the famous "Jumbo Koinbori" of Kazo City

Jumbo 1 profile

In 1986, it was made with the cooperation of the Kazo Youth Council. It is 100 meters in length, weighs about 600 kilograms, the birth of the nation's largest jumbo carp streamer.
After that, at the citizen peace festival held in the spring for 8 years until 1995, and in 1998 it swam the sky in Hawaii.

Jumbo II profile

It was completed in February 1996 and swam in the sky of the riverbed of the Tone River from May of that year.
It was 111 meters in length and 730 kg in weight, which was larger than Jumbo1, but it was damaged during swimming the sky at the Citizen Peace Festival in May 2002 and retired because it became unrepairable.

Jumbo III profile

Completed in March 2003, I first swam at the citizen peace festival in May. It took 100 meters in length, weighed about 350 kilograms, changed material from conventional cotton fabric to polyester, so we succeeded in weight saving. The eyeball and mouth size are also 10 meters in diameter.
In May 2006, I magnificently swam the sky of Kaiserslautern, the first Japanese game of the Football World Cup (World Cup) Germany Competition.

Jumbo IV profile

It was completed in March, Heisei 20, swimming the sky for the first time at the citizen peace festival of May of that year. The total length is 100 meters, weighs about 330 kg, the eyeball and mouth are 10 meters in diameter.
IV changed the design, coloring the blue, green, orange color of the city's tree (cherry) city flower (cosmos) pink color and the future image of Kazo City [healthy city harmonized with water, green and culture] .

加須市の名物「ジャンボこいのぼり」には、4代の歴史があります

ジャンボ1世プロフィール
1世データ 全長100メートル 重量600キログラム
昭和63年、加須青年会議所の協力のもとに作られました。全長100メートル、重さ約600キログラム、全国一のジャンボこいのぼりの誕生です。
以後、平成7年までの8年間、春に行われる市民平和祭で、また、平成10年にはハワイで大空を遊泳しました。

ジャンボ2世プロフィール
2世データ 全長111メートル 重量730キログラム
平成8年2月に完成、その年の5月から利根川の河川敷の空を泳ぎました。
全長111メートル、重さ730キログラムと1世よりは大きかったのですが、平成14年5月の市民平和祭での遊泳中に破損し、修理不能となったため引退しました。

ジャンボ3世プロフィール
3世データ 全長100メートル 重量350キログラム
平成15年3月に完成、5月の市民平和祭のときに初遊泳しました。全長100メートル、重さ約350キログラム、素材を従来の綿生地からポリエステルに変えたため、軽量化に成功しました。目玉と口の大きさは直径10メートルもあります。
平成18年5月には、サッカーワールドカップ（W杯）ドイツ大会の日本代表初戦の地、カイザースラウテルンの大空を雄大に泳ぎました。

ジャンボ4世プロフィール
4世データ 全長100メートル 重量330キログラム
平成26年3月に完成、その年の5月の市民平和祭のときに初遊泳しました。全長100メートル、重さ約330キログラム、目玉と口の大きさは直径10メートルあります。
4世はデザインを変更し、市の木（サクラ）市の花（コスモス）のピンク色と加須市の将来像【水と緑と文化の調和した元気都市】の青、緑、オレンジ色を配色に取り入れました。
